Zodiac Matches ☜

Here’s a complete set of Zodiac-themed matchbooks created by the Ohio Match Company in 1969. Bursting with color and unusually thick black outlines, they echo some of the popular work of the era, like that of Peter Max and John Alcorn, yet they stand out as a uniquely original take on Art Nouveau-inspired psychedelia.
