Crystal Tipps & Alistair Hide and Seek ☜

Here’s a small children’s booklet featuring some fantastic illustrations by Graham McCullum. This groovy girl and dog duo is virtually unknown in the U.S. but from what I can glean online, Crystal Tipps & Alistair was a popular British cartoon produced for the BBC that ran between 1971 and 1974. I highly recommend checking out some of their clips on YouTube, including this wonderful gem. This is a book version of one of their TV episodes written and Illustrated by Hilary Hayton and Graham McCallum. Methuen Children’s Books, London, 1971.
