Scholastic Postcards ☜

I came across this fantastic set of 16 postcards by Scholastic at a rummage sale. They’re printed on a large, perforated sheet that folds up, suggesting they were originally inserted into one of Scholastic’s magazines, such as Bananas, Hot Dog, or Dynamite. Unfortunately, there’s no illustrator credited. I did receive a tip from an illustrator who worked for Bananas that they may be the work of Simms Taback, which seems quite possible. Scholastic, 1974.
